SunPower Home Solutions is a solar installation company operating in California. The client agreed to be named and to share the results below, which come directly from their own Meta Ads account performance over the engagement.
The Situation
SunPower was already running Facebook ads before working with us, but the setup was generic: broad targeting that showed ads to anyone in the area rather than homeowners who actually fit a solar buyer profile, and no landing page optimization behind the ads. Traffic was arriving, but it had nowhere useful to go once it landed.
Solar is a considered purchase. A homeowner rarely books an appointment off a single ad impression, they need to understand roof suitability, energy savings, and financing before they're ready to talk to anyone. A generic ad-to-generic-page setup skips over all of that, which is exactly where SunPower's funnel was leaking.
What We Ran
We rebuilt the funnel around three changes, run together rather than in isolation:
A high-converting quiz funnel: replacing the generic landing page with a short, guided quiz on roof type, energy usage, and budget, pre-qualifying the homeowner before they ever spoke to sales.
CRM automation for instant lead response: every quiz completion routed immediately into the CRM and triggered a fast follow-up, instead of sitting in an inbox.
None of these three changes alone would have moved the numbers much. Better targeting without a better landing page still sends qualified people to a page with no clear next step. A better funnel without fast follow-up still lets a warm, quiz-qualified lead go cold. The result came from running all three as one system, the same principle behind the Booked-Job Pipeline™.

What We Wouldn't Claim
This is one client's result, not an average. SunPower started from generic, broadly targeted ads with no landing page, which is exactly the setup with the most room to improve. A solar company already running a qualification funnel would see a smaller lift.
We haven't published exact dollar figures. SunPower shared appointment growth and ad cost reduction as percentages; specific spend and revenue numbers weren't part of what they agreed to disclose.
A quiz funnel isn't automatically right for every business. It works for considered purchases like solar, where a homeowner needs to weigh several factors before booking. It's overkill for a same-day emergency service call.
